Ntuity’s comprehensive HR module also prompts employees to apply and have approved their leave applications as part of the resource management functionality. This information feeds into the HR module and marries with the employee’s leave entitlements to provide automatic entitlement management for both employee and HR Management.
A feature of the HR module is the management of employee communications. Employees, HR staff, team members and line managers are notified of employment anniversaries, renewals, actions and responses and these communications are workflowed for approval across the business.
